Over the past decade Thomas has worked with TheatreFusion Workshops and with Interact Roleplay as a role-player and a course designer. Customers of Interact Roleplay have included Strathclyde Police and NHS Scotland.

 

Thomas has also participated in corporate events for Diageo and Sense Scotland.

 

Training/teambuilding course designed and written by Thomas piloted Autumn 2015 in Edinburgh/London.  Previous training courses and materials developed by Thomas include 247 NEWS, for Interact Roleplay and Project Scotland 2013.

 

Prior to teaching Thomas was a training designer working for Abbey National Group Training, with responsibilities in the induction and ongoing training of staff, as well as in depth involvement with training events for Scottish Provident and ANFIS.  Earlier in his career with Abbey National he was the New Business Consultant during the implementation of Scottish Mutual International in Dublin.
